Public adjuster since 2018, with insurance-side adjusting experience before that.
Before becoming a public adjuster, Covenant's founder worked for years as an independent adjuster handling claims for insurance companies including State Farm, ASI, Liberty Mutual, Safeco, and UPC. That matters because it gives property owners a practical view of how insurance companies inspect damage, write estimates, apply coverage, and review claim documents.
Since 2018, that experience has been used on the property-owner side of the process: reviewing estimates, organizing claim documents, explaining policy language, clarifying repair needs, and helping owners understand what may be missing before they accept an answer that does not feel right.
Covenant is built to feel different from a volume-driven claim shop. The goal is not to outshout the insurance company; it is to investigate the damage, document what matters, and explain the policy and repair issues clearly enough that the owner knows what to do.
